On site restaurant was very convenient. We had very good breakfast there twice. Our third level ocean front room had a clear view of the beach. Bed, shower, & sink were all good, except the sink was in the room. Very tight quarters…typical of Jersey shore motels.

The location is amazing. The access to the beach and surrounding venues is great. I guess it was early in the season for the restaurant and bar to be open but that would have made our stay even better!! Chairs to use was a plus!

Beach clean, not crowded in he slightest. Hotel has dozens of beach chairs you simply grab in the way to the beach, no cost, very nice. Lobby has nice free coffee. Was a very nice weekend - thanks !

The rooms were narrow and no space for putting clothes away. The restaurant was good and definitely liked free chairs for the beach, free bikes and boogie boards. The outdoor pool was small and for us we went to the beach which was very nice and convenient. The restaurant was good with a nice selection.

When we checked in, we found out the hotel restaurant closed for the season on Labor Day. No mention of this on their website. Unacceptable. The updates on the rooms were very nice. However, the bathroom floor and fan needed to be cleaned. No room service unless requested was acceptable. Pool was clean, however hot tub was not operating. Our checkout date was on Saturday, 9/12. We found out on 9/11 that 2 weddings were scheduled on the 11th and 12th in the CLOSED RESTAURANT. There was no mention of this on their website under EVENTS. They don’t seem to care about the regular-staying patrons. They are catering to money now.

The rooms were clean - but the property itself needs a lot of updating. For what they’re charging, it should be kept up a whole lot better. The stairways are all chipped paint and rusty. The outside furniture is cheap. The room AC doesn’t work great. However, the management and staff overall were very nice and helpful. I just think to keep up with the sister hotel, Hotel LBI - they need to spend some money to paint and upgrade this place too for what they charge a night. Just my two cents.

The location on Long Beach Island was exceptional and being right on the beach was wonderful!!! The staff was very hard-working; attentive and friendly. Shout-out in particular to Josephine at front desk whose bubbly, warm personality and attentive professionalism made a positive difference that added to our stay. The room was definitely NOT worth the price we paid - it should have been wider and have a much bigger bathroom and more than one outlet. The carpet needed replacement (very stained). The food & drinks at the restaurant/beach bar were fabulous (we did not need to go elsewhere to eat & drink). The outdoor pool was useless to us since it was packed every day (starting early) with tons of kids. LBI is a place to visit on the whole solely for the beautiful ocean views and looooong beach.

The location is great, however, its an older hotel that has been updated, so several stairs to deal with or not to easy to find ramps. Finding the check in area was also not easy. No signs and we had to drive around a few times. The room did not have enough soap in the shower so veery hard to get to it without pulling it out. There were plenty of towels, nice linens on the bed, the room very cold on arrival. Handy to have the restaurant for late arrivals and we also had breakfast. There is optional room service but its very limited - did not clean, just a change of sheets and towels. Bathrooms are small but OK.

The hotel and location are great. It wasn’t crowded while we were there so we had easy access to the pool. The reason for the low rating is because there was a wedding there the night of our stay and the music was extremely loud into the night. Our room wasn’t even beach facing, which is where the wedding/reception was. If we knew this when we booked we would have probably chosen a different hotel since we have a younger child.

The floors in the rooms did not seem too clean. There was no daily cleaning unless requested by 11:00am, and then not cleaned until late afternoon. Towels were in shortage. If you requested a towel in the morning, you would not get it until after 6:00. The reason was that they needed to wash the dirty towels. It seems like they didn’t have enough of them. No towels at the pool, and the pool was small. The tvs didn’t have local channels. The air conditioner was located about 8 inches from one side of the bed, so it would blow cold air on the person sleeping on that side. The restaurant and bar were very nice and the food was great. The beach was very spacious.
