“We had an ‘A’ room on 1st floor (larger, big balcony, washer/dryer). Size and layout really great -very spacious. Very well-maintained, modern and clean but we needed to initially air the room a bit with sliding door open (no ongoing problem for us and typical in the tropics). (Yes- insect screen on the door!)
