“This was a nice hotel to relax with family on a day trip the only thing i was concern is during the recent earthquake in Butuan city the staff did not have coordination during that time we have to run down stairs & No staff notify us it was okay to go back to our room. So i suggest that thier should be an asign staff for risk health management to coordinate with the costumers where to do during any foreseen an avoidable events. “I have severe allergies by the time we checked out in the morning. I came to find out that there cats stay and rooming around upstairs where all the rooms that costumer stayed in. It was specifically mention ab po it the cats. I have severe Asthma and allergies so this trigger on and was sick for few days.”
