We had never been to Bayfield, WI before and chose this location to celebrate our babymoon. We chose this motel because of its location to everything in town and because of the price. When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. When we got to our room it was clean, perfectly stocked with what we needed, and was so cozy. We loved everything about our stay and decided immediately that when coming back to Bayfield in the future, we would choose to stay here again. Thank you to the Harbor’s Edge Motel for a lovely weekend.

We stayed here in early June 2026 for two nights. The location is directly across from the ferry and one block from the Apostle Island Boat Tours. Super convenient to walk to restaurants/bars. The room was quaint with a very small shower, sink area in the bedroom, fridge, coffeemaker, and two comfy chairs. Our bed was supposed to be a queen, but it felt more like a full-size. It was not comfortable, nor were the pillows. On the decking were stacked chairs had we wanted to sit outside. We were on the second floor, and there were stairs at either end. Ice machine and a microwave are provided in a different building. We had no problem parking at the hotel. Despite the uncomfortable sleeping, we had a lovely stay and thought the property location was terrific.
