Office VERY RUDE!!! TV Selection was good and would be ok to stay at in the summer. The heat did not work in 3 out of 4 rooms, and did not work well in the 4th room, drafty as well. The lady that cleans was very helpful and accommodating, and located a heater which helped a little.

good for price

motel is being renovated. the room itself was adequate and satisfactory. it did reek of cigarette smoke though, just being in there n my clothes stink of smoke. i have a bad leg and could not get in the shower. management apologized in an email n said that they do have accessible rooms. in a pinch i will hve no problems stayin here again.

Stay somewhere else

The first room, the air conditioner did not work the second room air conditioner work, but did not cool the room very well. Shower drain clogged and flooded the bathroom. Refrigerator did not work. You had to bring me another one. When using microwave, the plugs went out on the wall and had to move the microwave and the refrigerator to beside the bed. Roaches.

Don't Do It!!!

First room we were given, a/c did not work. So we got another room and it took 5 hours for the room to cool down (with the help of the box fan that we purchased because the room was so hot). Took a shower and the curtain wasn't long enough and the floor was all wet when done. Roaches crawling around. Just nasty.....

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There were dead and living roaches in the room. The toilet leaked everytime we flushed it. The A/C unit had holes throughout. Management knocked on our door after we went to sleep to verify our booking through Expedia. They should have checked on that when we checked in. She was rude and accusatory late at night, it made me very uncomfortable. I would have been afraid if I had been there alone. When she came to our door demanding our receipt, she was smoking a cigarette and was letting the smoke into the room. In a non-smoking motel. Don’t stay here.

Hey customer service eat a bowl full of Richard's

Spent five hours of my day . On the phone trying to use my voucher. Customer service at Hotels.com is a joke. Got my reservation made checked in. And at ,1am me kids and wife kicked out of room . Some reason my reservation got canceled . Gotta love Texas heat at night me and my family got shafted . Don't use this B's app you will be sorry

Excellent Quiet Comfortable Stay

Our 3 night stay at Paradise Motel in Bay City, Texas was excellent. I was Leary at first but soon found that the rooms were very homey and comfortable with up to date decor and Smart TV and excellent Wi-Fi throughout the property. Very quiet and peaceful. Front desk was very nice and accommodating and maid was on time and quick and sufficient. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back to Bay City!

Not again.

There was no hot water. I killed 24 roaches in the 2 night stay. It was a dirty room with a prior users medication dropped on the floor & not picked up nor swept up. The glass window panes rattled all night due to no silicon. And when the cold front moved through over 3 hours rain water poured through one window which ran down the wall & pooled on the floor some 3.5 ft away from the wall. I will not use this lodging again.
