“Communications with owner was online and good. The floor plan with living/dining/kitchen area, laundry room and two bedrooms is great for small family of 3-4. The bathroom is updated and shower very nice with good pressure. The bedding is good. Wi-Fi, small TV OK. Otherwise the place has potential for an upgrade, but as-is very outdated. No air so a fan would be good, antiquated wall heater. No coffee maker. ”

“The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family.
