O hotel é muito bom, porém na descrição aqui no Hoteis.com ele fala: "Quartos à prova de som", o que não é verdade. Tenho sono leve e sempre busco hotéis com essa característica, e dessa vez me dei mal. Fiquei na "Suíte estúdio executiva" (quarto 156), uma das mais caras do hotel, imaginando que teria o melhor sistema de isolamento de som, mas que nada. O hotel fica praticamente entre uma rodovia e uma avenida de alto movimento. Você escuta carros e caminhões durante toda a madrugada, pq as janelas não tem absolutamente nenhum sistema à prova de som. Você escuta tudo da rua a noite inteira. Ao menos no quarto que eu fiquei, foi assim. Se não fosse essa questão, que pra mim era muito importante, o hotel teria nota 10 pq de fato é muito bom.

No checkin precisei trocar de quarto 3 vezes! O primeiro estava infestado de formigas, o segundo não funcionava o ar condicionado e tinha um mau cheiro de algo que pudesse ter estragado no frigobar. Não obstante o funcionário da recepção foi muito atencioso e fez as trocas imediatamente.
