O hotel é bem organizado, a recepção é bem eficiente e atenciosa, o cafe da manhã foi bem gostoso. Tudo bem limpo e organizado. A critica negativa vai para a cama. No app do hotéis. com é anunciado como cama queen e a cama era de casal. fiz a reserva para 3 quartos (3 camas queen) e foram todas de casal. Uma das pessoas era obesa e iria dividir a cama com outra pessoa. Por sorte conseguimos trocar o quarto deles por 2 camas. Caso não desse, seria uma pessoa obesa dividindo a cama com outro adulto NUMA CAMA DE CASAL. isso seria extremamente desconfortável. Se só tem cama de casal, ok. reformule o anúncio e tudo certo. Agora se tem cama queen e nos deram camas de casal, vcs precisam se organizar melhor.

Tudo foi muito bom. Só sentimos um pouco de má vontade da funcionária da limpeza quando recusamos a limpeza, e pedimos somente a troca de toalhas. Pessoal da recepção super simpático e as meninas do restaurante muito atenciosas. Recomendo o hotel.

Wi-Fi NÃO funciona !

Wi fi não funciona ! Fiquei num quarto onde o Wi-Fi não funcionava ( nem Android nem iOS ). Avisei os funcionários e eles tentaram ressetar mas não funcionou . No dia seguinte tb não funcionou no térreo ( nem no meu cel nem do outro funcionário da empresa) Escolhi o hotel por causa da internet ! Não me hospedaria novamente .

Excelente custo x benefício. Quarto limpo, cama grande e confortável, banheiro limpo, chuveiro com ótima pressão da água. A única coisa que achei razoavelmente fraca foi o café da manhã.

My family and I have not delighted the breakfast because we went to my mother house every morning to visit her. So I can’t evaluate the breakfast. But the apartment was very clean and the staff has support me a lot mainly in the check in process. Something went wrong with my expedia itinerary that was showing as canceled. So I do recommend this place.

Apesar de ser somente por uma noite, no fim de semana, a estadia foi perfeita, sem falhas que pudessem ferir a avalliação. O hotel é bem localizado e da pra fazer as maioria das coisas a pé!

Me senti em casa.

Atendimento excepcional, e o quarto, confortável e limpo. A refeição do jantar foi muito saborosa, o arroz e feijão muito bem feitos. E o café da manhã com opções de frutas como, ameixa, melão, mamão, banana, maça, e várias opções de embutidos (peito de peru, salame, queijo, salsicha, linguiça). Adorei.
