“We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. We got NO effective compensation. The We rebooked this hotel two days later and checked in. In general, the housing condition is good except the excedingly TERRIBLE...

The property was very clean and had air conditioning units in every room. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious for the three of us. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and the building has 24/7 security, so we felt very safe throughout our stay.”
