The hotel was amazing, great customer service. The problem was the parking lot was not properly shoveled or salted and was very dangerous. The sidewalks closest to the hotel were good
Linens were very clean and everything was pristine in the room and bathroom. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Location convenient for the Gilmore Car Museum our destination. Very much family feel Which we liked.
We have stayed at tru 2 homes before and they all are fantastic. Had a ground floor room and was very quiet and very restful. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh choices to pick from. Will stay again.
Wonderful clean room, comfortable beds, outstanding staff. William was new, but was very nice and did his best to make us feel comfortable. Caleb went above and beyond. My sister and I had a few concerns because she is handicapped, and he addressed them all and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the room. The young man who was at the desk in the morning (I forgot his name) saw us struggling and carried our bags to the car...he even put our leftovers in a baggie for our trip home! These guys should be training the staff at other hotels...they were amazing to say the least!!
Everything about this place is exceptional! The staff was amazing, the entire place is clean and the decor is so uplifting and fun. Breakfast bar is one of the nicest I had in a hotel of its size. The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no coffee pot in the room but that doesn’t affect my 5 star rating. I will definitely stay there again if I need to go to Battle Creek!
Brand new property is immaculate. A couple of misfires in breakfast area quickly attended to by staff. No complaints

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The convenience to shopping and restaurants is excellent. New and updated facility. Staff members were very attentive. There is no coffee available in the rooms. It is always available in the lobby, but I like coffee before I get dressed. The TV service was easy to use and allowed access to Netflix and Apple+ with personal logins. Our room had some plumbing noise that was an annoyance. Decent accommodations for the cost.
This hotel was 2 months old. In our room a tile in the bathroom was already missing and when we came in the front door it would not open. The person at the fesk took a little bit to realize we could not get in. She apologized and said that has never happened before. She was very pleasant. I did not say anything at the front desk about the tile. Location was great, a short distance from Kellogg Arena and there was a Meijer and other places of business within walking distance.
