“It was Filthy !! Pillows had black mold , mattress was filthy , limited towels ( half were torn in half baby blankets) No hot water at all , access road to hotel was mud and NO LIGHTING at night .. I LEFT HOTEL 5 days Early as I started to get sore red eyes, running nose and a cough. I will be contacting EXPEDIA how they can have such a HORRIBLE property in their system.. ”

“Stayed at Baray Siem Reap House for four days, and everything about our stay was great. Our host was available to help us with recommendations, tuk tuk, and friendly advice every step of the way. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, and cost significantly less than some of the other places we stayed. “Zero but for the neighborhood, run of the mill. The hotel was closed when I arrived on Thursday 17th, 2022, due to covid, nobody, not even the name, anymore. I had received zero notification but I had paid 4 nights I intend to get a refund for from Expedia which didn't notify me either ! ”

“It was a great experience the room was perfect. 2 bathrooms 3 beds and the room smelled nice but the thing is there was mosquitoes and geckos in bathrooms the pool was great and was pretty deep and the breakfast was free so we enjoyed that the staff treated us nice and helped us with our luggage i rate this 9/10”

Hotel claims they no longer work with Expedia so they didn't have my Expedia-confirmed reservation... and I had to pay again (so paid both to Expedia online and to Hotel in-person)... confusing and not good. A refund is deserved here... right Expedia?”
