The property was run down. The rooms were dirty and yes it was so bad that we left and went to another hotel. Absolutely not the same hotel represented on line

Room was dirty, plumbing was messed up. Whole building smelt of cigarette smoke. I checked out as soon as I saw the state of the room. Have requested a refund through Expedia. Will never book here again.

Holes in the wall, filthy AC unit shower curtain, dirty toilet. Pool area closed and looked out of post apocalyptic movie, filthy with random item floating in it. Elevator out of service, room smelled of something strange, no desk phone, smoke detectors ripped off walls with evidence still in place. Room itself was relatively clean, bed was clean and although AC unit was dirty, it did work well. I took pictures of everything. It appears as though the hotel was closed and trashed at some point and the new owners are attepmting to restore it, its just not there yet.

Its a cheap hotel, rather stay at a Motel

Dirty Sheets and towels in room, dead roach on the floor, puddle of water on floor, pool was green with literal trash floating in it. The pictures look nothing like what this place is now.
Found on bathroom floor, luckily no others and no bedbugs.
Not the nice blue pool from website.

the stay was good, the courtyard is amazing an,d the staff were very helpful and understanding, but did find mold underneath the sink, and the pool is closed at this time

No coffee or complimentary breakfast, tv didnt work, remote didnt work, key card for room kept messing up,the plug in the bathroom didnt work,pool was closed, steam room was closed, window leaked and there was sketchy people sitting right out front outside all day and night. Absolutely awful hotel

The hotel was awful, the pictures online were deceiving and clearly out dated. The pool looked like a swamp, the lobby smelled like pot, microwave didn't work, there was luke warm water at best in the shower. We never received clean towels or more toilet paper, there were stains on the sheets and half the lights in the room didn't work.
