The hotel was really nice and clean. The breakfast was really good. The only thing I wish there was a microwave in the kitchen where you could warm up your coffee or food if it get cold.

Stayed overnight at Room 418. Room was basically clean but musty when you walk in. There's a huge stain in the couch on both ends. Not very welcoming at all! Should not put any guests in that room or move that couch somewhere! I could've requested another room - but when you're tired, you're tired . Glad it's only overnight. AC unit was very noisy. Some parts of the shower room tiles needs mildew spray and scrubbin'. Cleaning lady we met at the elevator - did not speak English or underdtand english. I asked where I can find ice. Nick was ok. Gave simple and precise instructions. Breakfast was better than some hotel. Oat meal was the best part of the start of the day. I usually love staying at Hyatt Place- this place failed me - room wise.
