I liked the fact that the property was within walking distance to some restaurants and a Walmart. That was convenient. The staff was friendly and they gave out bottled water every afternoon. Breakfast was included and it was OK. I didn't like the fact that the room was quite small compared to other hotels I stayed at on my trip.

The room was clean. All of the staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good with a good assortment to choose from. There was free coffee available and it always had plenty of supplies and coffee. The only thing I didn’t like was the ice machine on my floor was out of service for my entire stay. There was a working machine on the floor below me. The inn is on I-10, so there is noise. The price was reasonable.

Crystal was a gem! We arrived about 1AM and she was cheerful and kind. She got us checked in quickly offered us amenities before we left the desk. She followed up the next day with a text message checking on our stay and if we needed anything to, please let her know. Rooms were clean, well lit and clean towels every day. Angelica at the front desk was absolutely amazing made our stay a dream had our room and keys waiting for us upon arrival only thing that deterred me was how loud the traffic noise outside was especially being on 5th floor thought it would be quieter but all in all great stay
