We stayed here at the Budget Inn & Suites for the weekend in between our work week. PJ the owner was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, updated furniture, clean linen was provided - No complaints at all! It's a quiet area and close to an abundance of shops and restaurants. You won't be disappointed - Weekend stay here was comfortable and straight to the point.

Hidden Gem

This place is great! I stay here whenever I’m in town. The rooms are all freshly remodeled and very clean. I enjoy the outdoor area with charcoal grills (BYOC). The owner is super friendly and very helpful.

The budget inn is a bit of a gem for the area. The property is safe and the owner and staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with your time here. People planning on making an extended stay on a budget should seek this place out.

Good spot , super cheap, friendly staff

Don’t let the outside looks fool you!! The rooms look real good on the inside! A/C blows snowballs , tv channels worked great , full fridge and freezer worked well , the manager or maybe owner on site was awesome! He let us stay later than checkout time with no hassles! I’d stay again if I ever visit this town again no doubt about it.

A diamond in the rough.

The stay was excellent. My room was clean and the entire inside was new. The owner lives on the premises and is always available if you need him. Great stay!

This is a hidden gem! The rooms are amazingly clean. This was #1 place to stay. It does not have “frills” but just how clean it is makes it worth it. Even had a full size refrigerator!

Amazing place to stay!

My room was exceptionally clean and newly remodeled!! It was complete with everything you need to cook (except food) of course. Management was phenomenal!! Let us know how and where he could be reached. This motel is located in an older part of town, but it Close to anything you may need!! I will stay here again!!

Large and clean room

Rooms were very clean, good size. Manager very helpful and friendly. There is cooking supplies, but no eating utensils or plates. I think it would be a good idea to add some utensils and plates. Will stay here again

I was on the road 45 days and stayed in many motels during that time and this was my favorite room. Newly remodeled ( not just a spit shine. This was floor to ceiling new ) it had a full size refrigerator & a full sized sink. PJ the owner was on site, attentive, & available anytime. I could park outside the room and keep an eye my antique vehicle. I thought I was only staying one night but my business kept me overlong so I checked back in for a second night. Great value for the price.

PJ and the property was great. I arrived at 1am and PJ communicated perfectly via text and made sure I was taken care of, even though it was very late. And he was there to check me out early in the morning. Truly great service.
