Great hotel in Van, very friendly. Breakfast was simple but just downstairs you'll find plenty of restaurants.

The window was very tiny and wasn't facing outside. Good breakfast options for the price you pay. The brewed tea and cold fruit punch in the lobby was and excellent bonus to unwind at the end of the day.

The hotel building is new and suitable room design and enough light. The accessibility of the hotel is excellent and the distance from the hotel to restaurants and shopping centers (5 minutes walk), currency exchange (3 minutes walk), to the city center (10 minutes walk). The breakfast menu is complete and varied

This is a wonderful hotel with truly kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. The room was small, but served my needs well - I found it to be very good value. I initially had some WiFi issues (my phone wouldn't connect from the bed area), but solved it by using my computer as a hotspot.The free breakfast every morning was delicious and varied. I loved my time here so much and would absolutely come back. I originally booked for four nights and ended up staying another four. I didn't want to leave! Don't hesitate to book here. Thank you all for a great stay in Van! :)

Best Hotel in Turkey (in my month-long trip)

This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle has not been cleaned. This is a common problem in every Turkish hotel.

This hotel is suitable for a short one-night stay, but there were several issues that affected my experience. The blankets were not clean, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, especially noticeable when I was trying to sleep. Additionally, the quality of the breakfast was quite poor.

İyi ama "Ama'ları" var.

Tek kişilik odaların apartman boşluğuna bakmasından dolayı benim gibi güneş ışığını seven biriyseniz bu durumdan mahrum kalıyorsunuz. Ayrıca banyo zemininde eğim ile ilgili bir problem vardı. Duş aldığımda bütün banyo su içinde kaldı (305 numaralı oda) Bunların dışında otelin konumu gayet iyi.

İki kişilik odaya tek el havlusu koymuşlar. Bir tane ilave isteyince, biz her odaya bir havlu koyuyoruz, dediler. Sonra ilave havlu vermeye ikna oldular, ama havlu gelmedi.
