Great service!

This is the second time I’ve brought my tour groups here and stayed at this hotel near the Batman airport. The place is always clean and the staff was so helpful as I had made a mistake in my reservation. Nurşen and Serhat at the front desk took care of us and even upgraded our rooms for free. Thank you! We will always remember your smiling faces and excellent service!
The tomato soup at the hotel restaurant was so good!!

109.90 € olarak rezervasyon yaptık Bizden 4100 küsür lira alındı Hangi kuru kullanıyorsunuz dedik Merkez bankası dendi O zaman hata var dedik. Bize sönüş yapın dedik ancak dönüş yapılmadı. Ertesi gün ödemeler yapılıp çıkış yaptık Öğlen saat 13:00 gibi aranıp bugün çıkış görünüyor uzatacak mısınız dendi. Yani ayrıldığımızdan haberleri yoktu. Kahvaltı donmuş rafadan yumurta haricinde gayet iyi idi.

Eviniz gibi hissedebileceğiniz harika bir otel. Bütün personeller güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlı. Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde sizlere sunuluyor. Çok çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Hem sıcak servis vardı, hemde sabahları farklı menüler sunarak farklı lezzetleri denemenize olanak sağlıyorlar. Superbe hôtel que je qualifie 5 étoiles VRAIMENT… L’hôtel a à peine 3 ou 4 mois et il est top. Les chambres sont luxueuse et sentent encore le neuf, la sale de bain est moderne (douche à l’italienne immense), toute est fonctionnel, de plus il y a même des gels douche, shampoing etc. Grand écran, literie superbe, rien à dire… L’hôtel est situé à 5 min de l’aéroport dans un endroit très calme et le personnel et VRAIMENT au petit soins avec la clientèle. Un grand merci à la manager clientèle Me Gulsum qui est au petit soin également et vous montre quoi faire dans la région. Hâte d’y revenir et de découvrir le SPA qui ouvre dans quelques semaine…
