A delightful stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was perfect for 2 nights and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was perfectly clean with fresh bed linen and towels. A marvelous stay. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

The day we arrived we were treated to a wine and cheese reception which was very nice. There was both a hot and cold breakfast which was very nicely presented and delicious. Coffee was made to order. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were small but we made do. The friendly atmosphere and the great location made up for it.

The place was going through a major remodel. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage or require space, be aware the place is super small. Think closet type and hallways are small, etc. We were there for just one night so we only had backpacks which worked well. The location is great.

The staff were exceptional!!!! Also a lovely cheese and wine experience whilst we were there. Nice inviting smell and great location. The only draw back was the size e of the room, really wasn't expecting that from the pictures.

This property was very well facilitated in the middle of bath and had a range of lovely staff members always willing to help. We were close to everything in the centre of town but only minutes away from the train station. The room was always clean. They did take some time to replace some towels, however after asking politely everything was changed within a reasonable time frame also the room was medium size with a good facilities, our room had sky and also a really nice shower.

This property was centrally, located and easy to get to all the sites in Bath. The reason I only gave them three stars were 1) the ongoing construction and 2) we could not drive our car to the front door to deliver our bags. We had to park about three blocks away and wheel our bags to the hotel; definitely inconvenient. if you’re traveling light, this hotel would be an ideal value.

The Z hotel in Bath, is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great quality food and drink. Great selection given for the breakfast buffet Great value. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of town. Very quiet hotel, room was small but contained all that one needs. Although, if you like to read in bed, the lighting is adequate but not great as there is no bedside lighting. Also, no lighting over the bathroom mirror . If you like to wear makeup you may find this challenging. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend .
