The friendliest hotel I have stayed in, ever. The staff were delightful - hospitable, kind, engaging and very efficient. Great hotel great position

Lovely hotel in the best area of bath. Staff were friendly rooms and spa very clean. Limited parking for anyone driving to hotel but valet person was very helpful and accommodating. If we return to bath we would not hesitate to book again
