Excellent hotel close to many attractions. Stayed one night in a Signature/Master Deluxe room, and from arrival to departure it was a great experience. Staff were super helpful, our room was excellent, and valet parking was easy. There is a nice calm atmosphere throughout, with hotel amenities such as tea rooms, bar and courtyard garden all well laid out, easy to access and enjoy. Whilst tucked away on a quiet road, you are just a short walk to the Circus and no more than 5 minutes to many bars and restaurants. A high quality base for visiting Bath.

The staff could not be more helpful and attentive. It was exceptional service. Our room was beautiful and any request we made was handled. The hotel is walking distance to the main sites. You can find street parking but they also offer a valet service which we utilized. The Olive Tree restaurant on site is fantastic and the patio and bar area of the bar and beautiful. I will be back to Bath and I absolutely will be staying here.

The perfect stay! Walking distance to the city centre and attractions such as the circus and the royal crescent. The hotel was spotless, as was the room. The bed was very comfortable, and there was no outside noise. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Our highlight was the delicious continental breakfast delivered to our room.

A lovely stay in a lovely boutique hotel, the staff were all excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Special mentions to Wayne and Beau who both went above and beyond from parking our car to loading our luggage from car to room and back andshowing us the many delights (and rooms) the hotel has to offer. We intend to be back with some close relatives later this year.
