Really a place to stay.

Quiet place to stay , room is neat and tidy. My plan is to my reports from work but instead enjoyed the comfortable bed. Met the owner Joss , she is nice and very supportive. Enjoyed my stay and comeback someday

Such a lovely place to stay, will definitely be booking again! The host and her team are all so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was incredible, very fresh. The beds and bedding very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! The house is homey and charming as are the animals on site, happy hens! Beautiful views too.

Family, Bath & Longleat Visit

We have just returned from a fabulous 3 night stay. From our welcome to us leaving everything was just perfect. We were visiting family & arrived late the first night so went to the local pub as advised by Joss. Beautiful home cooked steak pie. Slept well & comfortable all 3 nights. Breakfast was lovely & fresh each day. Joss & team extremely warm and inviting. Nothing is too much trouble. Situated very close to Bath & Longleat so was perfect for our stay. Thank you Joss for your hospitality. We would most definitely stay here again. Kate, Sue & Jay x

Wedding weekend break

Really lovely stay for a wedding in the area, everyone was very friendly and breakfast was great. The bathroom was beautiful and lots of tea and coffee supplies provided. One star taken off for creaky bed otherwise perfect.

Amazing & unique

Amazing! Beautiful little barn house room. Lovely sized room with excellent facilities, shower room and bath, with private conservatory on the side. Lovely garden and court yard to sit out in the evening with a little drink, enjoy the animals onsite and overlooking the wonderful sites of longleat. Amazing breakfast and very welcoming staff, keen to make the stay perfect. Cute little pub walking distance away and a stones throw from longleat park. Easy parking onsite. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again!

Lovely place, people, and dogs

Really nice stay. The hosts/staff were all so nice and welcoming, and gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the local area. Bed was comfy. The chocolate Labrador was lovely and played fetch until he couldn’t any more. Breakfast was nice too. All round very happy, thanks!

Stopped off en-route from.N.Devon to London. Easy to find and lots of parking onsite. Checked in to our comfortable room, then a short walk to the local pub for dinner. After a restful night we enjoyed a cooked breakfast before continuing our journey. A great choice, and we will return.

We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. The bed omg the bed was so comfortable If we didnt have to be up early for longleat we would of slept in all day lol. Jon and i stayed in room 2 the beech tree room It was cosy and so quite. The breakfast was soooo good also the chef who does breakfast, also cooks at the local pub down the road the white hart for dinner. Again just amazing . You have to try their pies 😋 😋 😋 You wont regret it and thats a promise. Thank you joss so much for such an amazing weekend. We cant wait to return. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all the way. Wonderful B&B, it felt like everyone was a friend you had known for ages and for me that is amazing, as i don't usually easily talk to people. But found it so easy here. Lovely breakfast and really comfy bed. Really convenient for Longleat.
