Good Basement Base

Little self contained basement apartment, just a note that the steps are quite steep down to it. The property was clean throughout and had all you needed. Unfortunately for us we did not sleep well, pillows too soft and everytime one of us moved the bed did too, maybe a bed not on wheels would be beneficial. Also there was quite a bit of noise from the house above, only foot traffic but it was quite loud. Cannot fault communication with Emma, she responded promptly by email and phone and arranged a permit for parking on the street for when we arrived. The property is a good base for Bath, just a 10minute stroll into the centre.

Quick stop in bath

Great basement mini apartment, kitchen with all you need appliances; hot shower, toilet and basin, 2 comfy single beds. Great TV facilities too. 10 min walk from the city centre. Could ask for more. Emma has been a great host.

Its a well thought thru space. Cosy and comfortable with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. Great location 10 mins walk from centre os town so good for exploring. Plus Emma was a great host.

Great Bath Apartment!

We loved staying at The Art Studio! The location was within easy walking distance of central Bath and the train station. The apartment had everything--kitchen (including microwave which none of our other places had), hair dryer, tv, iron and ironing board, large shower with rain-head. It was on a quiet street. Emma was an outstanding host. The room was stocked with information about the area and decorated with her lovely art. She always responded to our questions very quickly. She even brought by cupcakes made by her daughter! I have never had better service or been more delighted with our accommodations. It was definitely our favorite place to stay during our 2 weeks in England.
