Hotel was an affordable option for the city. In a nice location very walkable to restaurants and points of interest. Some of the moldings and caulk around the bathroom and room could have really used attention. Breakfast was provided and was surprisingly nice.

It was a less expensive hotel that had big rooms and was clean but had a feel of a hostel as in , you had to refresh the teas and condiments in the room and you had to ask the staff in the morning to clean your room, or change out towels. These were not automatics. But all in all, for a place I literally just slept in and it’s a 5 minute walk to just about all the main places to see, it was great! Plus, it has a restaurant attached to it.

Great value for money and brilliant location. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice! Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Room would benefit from a little tlc but was clean. Air-con not the best but shower was great! Overall, a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.

The refrigerator in my room did not work. I’ve also found the remotes for the TV’s at the Premiere Inn’s seem to always have issues. Other than that I love this hotel chain. Always feel safe and the rooms are clean. Great location!!!! Would recommend

The location of the hotel was great. We could easily walk everywhere planned to visit (baths, shopping, the circuses etc). Our room was more run down than I expected however we had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The breakfast was great. We arrived in town too early to check in and we really appreciated that they were able to store our luggage before we checked in as we didn't want to have to park and then walk back with our luggage.

Good centrally located hotell. Quiet during the night. The premier rooms on the 3rd floor are recommended, I had a very nice stay in one. The bed was comfortable. Free tea and coffee in the room, and also a fridge. The staff was both friendly and helpful.

The property was overall run down. The room wasn't very clean. The staff were helpful, but rarely at the counter and didnt come when buzzed. There was no way to phone the front desk. There really were no amenities. Look elsewhere if you can. I wouldn't stay here again.
