The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better, the rooms were clean and appeared newly decorated, in a style which complemented the age of the building. The staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented and bountiful. We were very lucky with parking as they had recently reopened their car after a 1 years closure, this made everything very convenient. We are looking forward to further stays at The Francis Hotel in the future and would recommend it to anyone considering a stay there.

The hotel has been recently renovated and looks amazing, while keeping the original charm of the place. The restaurant and bar has such a cosy but vibrant atmosphere, with a brilliant menu (delicious) and such kind staff.
