The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the staff came back at a time requested for our room to be serviced. Great location! Hotel is walking distance to pretty much everything in the city. Initial rooms we checked in was very noisy and we quickly got moved to different room, which we appreciated. We were happy with the room and service we received. Hotel is pet friendly and we paid £35 for a pet however we had nothing provided, no pet bowls or treats. The pet bed provided to us stayed in the initial room. When hotel claims to be pet friendly and charges you a fee you’d expect more.
