The staff was amazing. Everything was supposed to be non smoking, but the room smelled like smoke. We had to go to the office and get more towels because there wasn't a phone to call the office. We also asked for a hair dryer and was asked to return it when we checked out. I would still stay there again.

The staff at as so nice! The property has a a “make over” but it just new stuff slapped onto the old stuff. Not in a great location either, off a very busy highway.

Staff is very kind and quick to address any issues. They have an outside pool open to the guests as well as a breakfast. It is an older hotel but it has been renovated and the rooms are really nice and clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and lot. Pool was clean and well maintained. The view from our second story room was great. I’ve payed a lot more for less. We will definitely be staying here again on our future Ozark trips.
