The property is older but clean and well-maintained, comfortable bed and bedding, great water pressure, and fast WIFI. Staff was attentive and friendly. The staff and management at this property were amazing for our family of 4. We were stuck in Batemans Bay due to our car breaking down and the team at Araluen helped us with accomodation, transportation logistics and above general holiday accomodation services whilst we were in a crisis situation. We would have been happy with any accomodation, but the rooms were spacious, linen was fresh and free from storage odour, the bathroom was spot free and there was ample seating between the two rooms of the apartment. Exceptional service and staff highly recommend this holiday accomodation at incredibly affordable pricing!
