There was a crack in our window, the lock mechanism on our door was not fully there but it stilled locked, there was plaster dust left on bathroom rails and hooks from the remodel, small things were broken. None of this prevented us from staying but it was things we noticed. Every one was very nice. It is pet friendly, a few people had pets.

We chose to stay here during our visit to SUNY Brockport (about 30 min drive away) based on location, price and availability. The hot tub in the private room definitely sealed the deal in making our choice. The room is exactly as pictured - it's a bit dated and has little cracks and things here and there but overall decent. The bed was pretty comfy, not going to lie. The reviews we read were fairly accurate - you get what you pay for. We would stay here again but our great complaint was the staff. They enjoyed hanging out in the lobby, having personal conversations that weren't always appropriate. Also, our room only had 2 beach towels - it was not appropriately stocked and when my husband went to the front desk to ask for more towels/toilet paper, he was given massive attitude.

We were just passing through and typically stay at the Marriott but due to the Bills being home for TNF all of the rooms were sold out but we're not sad because we found this little gem! We absolutely loved the staff, amazing people! The jacuzzi room was just what the dr ordered, too! We'll definitely stay here again!
