We enjoyed our stay. They were friendly and the check-in was smooth. The handle on the toilet was loose and I called the front desk to let them know. They immediately sent the repair man to fix it. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay again!

Everything was clean and the room ready with no issues. Quite, which I like. The only time I interacted with staff was at check in and out and both were very friendly, and made me feel welcomed. I would stay here again if the need arises.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness was poor, the room was very humid during our entire 10-night stay, and we dealt with several crickets in our room each day.

The surrounding area is kind of rough, but the hotel itself is a GEM! Great, protein-forward breakfast, good quality teas available. But the best part was the room itself - I've never stayed in such a business traveler-friendly room in my life. Lots of hooks, cubbies, etc. for keeping work and rest separate. Small kitchenette so I could prepare simple meals and keep things neat and tidy. Very rarely do I relish coming back to the hotel on a business trip, but this time I did.

No complaints about the property itself. It was nice and clean. However, when we arrived the front desk lady was very rude. Not a way to leave a good first impression at all. Would stay again for sure and hope the next front desk person is nicer and more professional.
