The property was beautiful. The view from our balcony was breath taking. The room was clean, and the room service was really good. The pool and gym area were also very clean and nice to spend time in. The breakfast was delicious.

excellent location between bastia and the airport 10 min to the port and the citadel which has 24 hour parking 15 min to airport 6 min drive to beach which has free parking not a walk to the beach tho

The two stuff , young girl and the gentleman in front weren’t friendly at all , actually the gentleman was kind of rude . Thus Hôtel certainly has to be three stars . In our room the air conditioner didn’t work at all , the temperature all the time shows 24C The washroom sink was clogged In the gym most of the machines didn’t work at all . I really don’t think is four star hotels plus the location is not convenient at all even to go to beach you have to take a car

The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. Also there were no amenities such as shower cap or makeup remover pads, body lotion. Alex did get some for me but it would be nice to provide those in the room.

felicitations à Chiara , Milka et Jean Pierre tres pros et efficaces Honte aux propriétaires pour leur mesquinerie envers nous qui sejournons 6 nuits comme en 2025 les faits et la conduite ANTI COMMERRCIALE de ces propriétaires: Nous demandons à participer au réveillon du 31 décembre et de beneficier de la promo affichée partout et annoncee par l office du tourisme de Bastia; le cout du receillon sans hebergement est de 190 EUROS mais une promo avec un prix special pour l hebrrgement du 31 dec est offerte . Nous demandons d en bénéficier . LA REPONSE AHURISSANTE DE LA PROPRIETAIRE : PAS POSSIBLE CAR VOUS AVEZ RESERVE PAR EXPEDIA MAIS JE VOUS METS EN LISTE PRIORITAIRE MAIS VOUS DEVREZ PAYER 190 EUROS PAR PERSONNE SOIT 380 EUROS ET 160 EUROS POUR LA CHAMBRE !
