The gentleman who checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant. Breakfast was amazing, varied and ample. The room was spacious with a lovely view. Parking was extremely convenient and easy. The location was also very good, only a 15 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We give this hotel an overall rating of 4 rather than 5 because it feels outdated and could use a renovation.

Couldn't be better for the staying. Minus was there was some noises from handball girls team that was a bit loud in the corridor but it's not the hotels fault. Otherwise everything was great and the staff was really service minded not usual for being in Italy.

Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming although the staff serving at breakfast were not friendly as all. Varied selection available at breakfast. Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station.
