My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! The condo was so spacious and clean, and it was very convenient having two bathrooms, as well as all the kitchen amenities for simple dining (silverware, plates, cleaning supplies, etc.). The location was nice too and not a far drive from many popular locations in the Cape. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Beth, who checked us in, was an absolute gem and one of the nicest people we have ever met from the Cape. She gave us wonderful suggestions for our visit and had a great sense of humor. The property has a great location near a ton of amenities and shopping. The room was a little dated to say the least but was clean and spotless. The mattress was an old spring style, which killed my bad back.

Staid 5 nights , rooms clean , staff great , location good.. as everyone said in comments, CHOOSE the room toward parking and not the street.!!! If you like to sleep with your windows open like me , its very difficult because of the cars pass by right next to your room windows … other than that everything is perfect!

The apartment was wonderful and the kitchenette was well stocked with everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus! It is centrally located mid-cape so it was convenient to everything. The only downside was that the exercise room was off the pool area and seemed to capture all of the heat and humidity from the pool making the space unusable.

For the price we paid, especially in July, you’re probably not going to find a better deal on a space that size with a separate living room and full-sized fridge. Having two bathrooms was also pretty clutch. The pool was a nice place for my kid to splash and play. It’s really close to just about every attraction you’d want to hit up as a family in Yarmouth. There was a pretty distinct smell upon entering, but my wife assures me that lots of places on the Cape are like that. It wasn’t the Ritz-Carlton, but for budget conscious travelers it is a great option.

I loved this place so much! The place was extremely clean and I felt very comfortable during my stay. The air conditioning ran super cold, the kitchen provided most things needed to make a quick meal, and the pool was very comfortable. They also have games and ping pong available.
