Decent hotel with good staff

A nice hotel for the region it’s located. This is an industrial area, with a plenty of restaurant options near by. Hotel was decent both in condition and staff vise. Rooms were a little rundown, but comfy. Breakfast had lots of options. The only issue we had was with the elevators. The keycard used for access to levels was a hassle.

Mitten in der Nacht kam jemand in unser Zimmer rein mit einem Schlüssel. Am nächsten Morgen hieß es man könne nicht sagen wer es war. Wir sind mit einem Baby unterwegs gewesen! Schrecklich!

엘레베이터 너무 느리고 객실수에 비해 2대로는 부족해보입니다. 배정받은 방은 청소가 안된 방을 받아 컴플레인후에 재배정받았습니다. 에어컨이 고장났던 적도 있습니다.

Park yeri sıkıntısı olması kötü, 100 metre ilerdeki inşaat otoparkına park ettim, girişte tek kart veriliyor, isterseniz ikinci kartı veriyorlar, oda geniş ve ferahtı, temizdi, yatak çok rahattı, tek problem en soğuk seviyede bile duş aşırı sıcaktı, haşlanmamak için bekleyerek duş aldım, bu durum dışında aşırı rahat ettim

Otel genel olarak temiz ancak hizmet kalitesi olarak hilton standartlarının altında kalıyor. 1. Otoparkı yok. Avm içine park etmeniz lazım ancak gece 22:00 den sonra avm otoparkı kapanıyor ve kullanamıyorsunuz. 2. Asansörler kapılarını çok geç açıyor. İçeride küçük bir panik atak yaşayabilirsiniz 3. Minibar boş. 4. Spa ve masaj hizmeti yok 5. Kahvaltısı doyurucu. 5 yıldızlı otel çeşitliliği olmasa da yeterli. Waffle makinesi için bir kullanım talimatı eklenirse güzel olur 6. Oda içinde ayakkabı parlatıcı, diş bakım seti, dikiş seti gibi şeyler yok 7.ütü masaları çok bakımsız ve lekeli 8. Yatak konforlu 9. Avm ile yan yana olması güzel. Herşey iyi gibi. Oda çok güzel ve ferah ama banyodaki ve odadaki saçlar hayal kırıklığı diyebilirim..Oda içi süpürge temizlik yapılmamış. Yalnız kulak temizleme pamuk ve diş macun ve fırça yoktu masalesef… Ve asansör inişte ve çıkışta çok beklemeli ve düzgün çalışmamakta idi. Genel olarak guzel bir konaklamaydi, herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Temel basliklari siralamak gerekirse: - Otel AVM'nin yaninda, Kapali AVM otoparki kullaniliyor, o da saat 22de kapaniyor. Otel onunde sinirli sayida park yeri mevcut. Yogun gunlerde sikinti yasanabilir. - Kahvalti gayet yeterliydi, yeterli cesit ve farkli opsiyonlar mevcut. Yuzlerce farkli cesit urun yok ancak olmasina gerek de yok.. - Odada bazi banyo ekipmanlari yoktu, kulak temizleme cubugu, makyaj temizleme mendili vs. Cogu otelde olan bu malzemeler burada yok.. Personel cok yardimsever, isteklere hizli bir sekilde cevap verildi. Tesekkurler..

Bayram Eğlencemiz Çok Güzeldi.

Kocaeli ve Sapanca tarafında gezmez için ailem için 2 oda kiraladım. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Konum olarak merkezi olması çok güzel. 3 gece kaldım ve her gün temizlik yapıldı. Açık büfe kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi. Odalara Kişi başı su ve sıcak içecek koymaları çok ince davranış. Çok memnun kaldım. Teşekkür ediyorum .
