This hotel is within walking distance of so many cafés, attractions, and transit, and it’s easy to get to the hotel from Basel SBB. I really loved sitting out in the garden with the welcome drink that they give you when you arrive! And the staff were friendly and helpful, and also spoke multiple languages. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need (except a mini fridge). There’s a small bar onsite, and they serve an extensive breakfast. They have tea and coffee available all the time.

This city hotel was clean, the linens were impeccable, the breakfast sumptuous, and the garden is a nice touch for having breakfast. You'll use a cab to get there. Also the staff was very helpful.

Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport.

The hotel was close to the Basel train station and walking distance to the zoo and to Old town Basel where there are lots of museums, churches, shops, grocery stores, and restaraunts.The staff were super; kind, helpfull offering a welcome drink which you can enjoy in the garden. I didn't est breakfast there but the dining room looked lovely so I could only imagine that the breakfast was an enjoyable experience. One of the best hotels that I stayed at in Europe.
