Nice clean fresh rooms. Great shopping and walking area. Felt very safe. Couldn’t plug in coffee pot … needed an adapter maybe? The picture shows the building next door which is beautiful but our building was a little more modern.

Google Maps wouldn’t show the properties exact location so we were a little concerned if we could find the building easily. However, the location is only 2 minutes walk from Marketplaz tram stop. Check-in was 3pm but we received a message around 2pm to advise that the accommodation was ready. Access was easy with the supplied codes. The laundry room on the 5th floor is operated by WeWash and was really useful . Clean accommodation, well located and quiet building. If you need a real person to speak with, someone is currently available for a couple of hours in the morning then again late afternoon/early evening. We would certainly use again.

Limehome Basel Münzgasse is in the heart of the Old Town and in easy walking distance of many attractions (Kunstmuseum Basel, etc.) and the transport links to go further afield (easy access to trams and the rail station). We found the location ideal for our family trip with our 5-year-old son. The accommodation was very clean, and the kitchen was well enough stocked that we could make meals as and when needed. A very well stocked supermarket is within 30 seconds' walk from the building, and many other shops, restaurants and cafes abound in the area. We shall definitely look to return in the future and strongly recommend it.

Wonderful location and apartment room with restaurants and walking location. Only issue is it is located in a pedestrian area so difficult to call uber for pickups and had to walk toward an area outside the zone. The apartment had everything needed and comfortable except ac felt unaccustomed to cooling the room so windows opened until early in the morning where noise was heard from the deliveries trucks. Otherwise recommended

Pros- inexpensive (not cheap) and in the best location. It’s safe, and can be safely accessed with great internet connectivity. Cons- there is a huge delay between your problem and their solution. Ex: Someone smoked in my room prior - it wasn’t reported so I could be assigned a new room. I had one pillow and need 2. I had one towel - and need 2.

This is a wonderful place. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious. We realized this was an electronic check-in after we arrived. Perhaps we should have read the memo. Traveling from France, our sim card did not work. Thankfully, another group of people were checking in and if it wasn't for their patience and unselfish help, we might have never made it in. Once in, we loved. it. This place is in the heart of the city. Perhaps a couple of extra coffee pods with better instructions would have been nice. Regardless, although a bit pricey, it was awfully nice.

The check-in was a nightmare, and there was no place to store my luggage. Bounce has a luggage storage service, but when I tried to open my reservation at the OTHER hotel six blocks away, it would not open and the people at Hotel D were beyond rude.
