Great staff who are always happy to help. The hotel is clean and tidy, the team responsible for cleaning do a great job. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is really good. I have stayed here a couple of times now, and will again in the future should I need to be in this area for business again.

A very nice hotel, however if ambition to elevate, breakfast was expected to open 06:30, bur was late opening. Early breakfast and vacuuming beside was not that nice having breakfast, could have been done prior.

Nice hotel, No Pool

Friendly Staff, Good Restaurant, Clean and comfortable Room. The Hotel does not have a pool as advertised. They offer a reduced entrance fee to Aqua Basilea.

An excellent stopover!

We have stayed at this hotel on at least 4 occasions. It is very convenient for our journey to Italy being very close to the A2. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the staff are very helpful.

Hidden fees doubled our stay cost.

Pay attention to fees: original fee was 250 €/night, we ended paying 450€/night. The hotel is described as pet friendly and with internal pool. There is an extra fee of 35€ for the dog to be paid at the reception. There is an extra fee of 35€ per person to use the pool as the pool does not belong to the hotel.

Inflexible

I accidentally booked a hotel in the wrong city. Ok I know it was non-refundable but I was coming from another country and got the location wrong. Hotel.com were very helpful and tried to be flexible but the hotel would not….they wouldn’t refund. Such lack of flexibility is sad. I notified them well in advance so they could have rebooked the room.

Chambre propre mais fenêtre scellée, impossible d'aérer. Heureusement nous ne sommes pas claustrophobes. Par conséquent les odeurs restent, et la salle de bain a des remontées d'égouts.
