Comfortable rooms perfect for a business trip to Basel. Great staff, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast. Rooms are new and well designed.

Good location

Nice location,takes tram no.2 to messeplaza.hotel is about 3 mins walk. The room is a little bit small for three,but it is a good hotel. Most important of all,the staff are friendly and glad to help.

"Friendly, Clean, but Cold and Costly"

Friendly staff and a clean, bright space with good blinds. However, the cold concrete floors and lack of storage for clothing are downsides. It feels a bit pricey for what you get.

It is a boutique hotel as it claims. But has all the comfort and convenience that a big 5 star hotel can offer. Very clean. Location is perfect. Restaurant, grocery shopping, tourist attraction area, 3 stops away from train station and 5 minutes walk to tram station. The staff as other guests have mentioned are extremely nice , helpful and very professional. Mr. Ronan has been my point contact from the moment I made my reservation to check in . He has made everything as pleasant as it could possibly be. They were all lovely people. Thank you Ronan, Jana, and Shokri. I definitely recommend the hotel.

This is a nice, rather small boutique hotel with great staff. Just a short walk to the tram lines that can take you anywhere in town in roughly a half hour. Couple that with a free tram/reduced cost museum pass and you're all set to see the town's sights. The bar downstairs is also quite nice to have for such a small hotel. My only real complaint is that they charge (a lot) for a missing key card. (Fortunately, we eventually found it.) Well... one more complaint: Be careful if you get the room with the bunk bed. It's easy for the person on the right side of the queen to hit their head on the upper bed's corner.

Very convenient, clean and modern. The room was a little small but still acceptable. The only I would add is a shelf or two in the bathroom. Not much space to put your things. Overall a very nice place with wonderful people!
