A deciding factor in choosing the hotel was the inclusive Basel card. Worth it. The staff are friendly and the lobby is inviting to seat and read for a bit. Easy to reach public transportation. The Basel card was included with the room making all public transportation free. Not much for restaurants around the hotel. Bed was very firm.
