Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Fake and fraud stay. The property owner not reachable and nor he sends any check-in details. Sends web links for online payment and online check-in and then never sends the check-in details, stealing both money and personal data. Irony is the stay is still listed on hotels.com even after notifying about this fraud.
