We had a pleasant stay in the room. It was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, making it a relaxing place to unwind. Conveniently located near shops and a beautiful waterfront, everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommended for a comfortable and calm stay!

A decent place to stay

The place is obviously old but clean Parking was easy and close to our room We did not stay for breakfast since one of the machines was out of order and it was small There was a strong perfume smell near there as well and the couple we were with had dcentergies

Visit to Orillia for a concert

This is a pretty old hotel, in need of renovations pretty soon. We were on the top floor and were woken up by creatures running around on the roof. At least we hoped they were on the roof.

This place smells, the out slide door doesn’t function properly meaning anyone can get inside, there are tenants that live here full time, it’s located in a not great part of town. Overpriced in my opinion

bath tub was not bad and newer - wife wanted a bath- no plug so I went and asked for one and they said they don't have one- I believe staff family lived above our room- running around up there until about 1 am. breakfast was a waste of time. way to expensive for that stay-

Room was not made up overnnight. No clean towels for day 2. Was told it was their policy that you had to ask to have your room made up. WHO DOES THIS? They did NOT declare this at check-in. Disgusting! Will not recommend to anyone.
