From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable, especially a staff member named Taryll. The heated indoor pool was set to a comfortable temperature. The suite that we stayed in was very clean as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, and impeccable hospitality. The room didn't meet expectations as per the photos shown on the listing. I was expecting a renovated room and received a very run-down room with chipped paint, popcorn ceilings, old fixtures and old furniture. When I raised my concerns I was told that the room I chose was advertised as not renovated, but I didn't feel it was fairly represented as the first several photos of the hotel showed only renovated rooms. It is not reasonable to expect a customer to know that the room they are going to receive will not be renovated unless it is clearly and explicity stated in the room listing. The pool was nice and warm and the staff were nice. I would stay there again if I knew I was getting and paying for a renovated room.
