Stayed for one night on our way back from Toronto. Check in was easy and quick no issues, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a nice bathroom a close drive to a lot of restaurants or if you chose you can eat right in the hotel. Overall great stay highly recommend.

The room was good and the reception area was clean, however our shower didn’t have any hot water. The staff at the front desk stated they would have someone look at it but it couldn’t be fixed. We ended up having to have cold showers which is not acceptable. We were offered a $50 reduction in room price but we asked for more. We were eventually given a $75 reduction. We feel we could’ve been moved to a different room or at least had the room reduced by a higher price, as $75 was less than 1/3 of the total price we paid for the room.

Quick stay at the Four Points. Nice room, quiet and comfortable, fast checkin, nice staff at the bar and morning restaurant, convenient location. Common areas a little tired, but my room was very nice
