This hotel is a two star at best. The staff are excellent. They go out of their way to assist and accommodate. The 420.00 per night charge is absolutely ridiculous. After this stay we spent two nights at a five star in Muskoka. It was less than the 840.00 charge for two nights at the Fairfield. I expected much more for the price.

Soooooo, the pool was actually horrendous and we didn’t go. There was a soccer group there running about and chips on the floor-inside the hotel room was clean-but the pool was why Kate wanted to go so between that being inswimable and the kids yelling and running wild and finding food everywhere it really killed the vibe. On the other hand if you’re going with a team your kids can have a great time running around and they’re very understanding
