My family and I had a great time here. We especially enjoyed the pool. However, I didn’t like how when I was checking out, front desk billed me for food and beverage that I DID NOT order to my room. I notified them about the extra charges and assured them that I only ordered beverages and NOT ANY FOOD! I was told that it would have to be investigated😞

The staff and the locals were all so welcoming from the moment we landed to the moment we checked in. The amenities are amazing and the amount they have to offer is endless. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Paradise Island and I would most definitely book here again. Thank you Hotel Riu and Staff.

Rooms need a severe renovation. Love the amenities, pool, beach. Restaurants are just ok here. Carpets are nasty in hallways and rooms.

I had a relaxing stay at Sandyport Beach Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lagoon was beautiful and peaceful. What surprised me the most was the room was exactly as the picture showed. Beautiful!
