Insatisfação

Quero demonstrar minha total insatisfação com os serviços do Hoteis.com. No dia 19/12 fiz uma reserva para passar o revellion. Ao chegar no hotel, fui informado que os mesmo não trabalhava mais com o hoteis.com. Tive sorte por ter quarto disponivel, mas desembolsei em especie as diário, atrapalhando todo meu planejamento. Referente a pousada é bem agradavel e satisfatório, mas não recomento o hoteis.com

Disliked: Room comfort

Hospedagem Péssima

Cheguei no hotel o mesmo estava lotado, mesmo já tendo realizado a reserva com bastante antecedência. Queriam colocar a gente em outro hotel (inferior) e não aceitamos. Tiveram que ligar para o Dono do Hotel para que ele resolvesse um quarto para podermos ficar. Não recomendo a ninguém.
