“No acepten upgrades ni elijan la habitación 4 del interior del castillo,tampoco les recomendaría que se alojarán ,ya que mi experiencia en el no resultó positiva,luego me contestarán con algúna respuesta tipo,pero les aseguro que hay muchos castillos en Inglaterra mejores que este.”

“I booked and paid for 3 nights this week. Before arriving, I called the landline at about 11:45 no answer. On arrival just before the 3 pm check-in time the place was shut, doors locked and curtains drawn. Called the mobile number several times and messaged the mobile to inform the person I was waiting to check in. At about 15:30 I had to check into ANOTHER hotel as I had meetings in Corbridge at 16:15. On returning to Hexham I noted the pub was open and I spoke to the manager about the issues I...

“Este hotel está muy bien por la calidad/precio. Sencillo y realmente a 3 o 4 minutos del aeropuerto atravesando la verja del Hilton, que es totalmente legal. Cada habitación incluye una funda con almohadas extra y es bastante espaciosa. Por decir algo negativo es que la bomba del váter no funcionaba del todo bien, le costaba cargar agua, pero por lo demás, es un chollazo ”
