Overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel staff were very service‑oriented and helpful throughout the visit, and the location was perfect — close to everything I needed. Breakfast was included and was ok. The only downside was the sofabed in the room, which felt worn‑out. Updating this would really improve the overall experience. I would still consider staying again thanks to the great service and excellent location.

Breakfast was not the best but I have to say the staff try to make things better. Main pool is too cold , it doesn't get much Sun. They have a nice pool on top but they only open it for long or busy weekends. Good thing about the hotel is the location!!

I love this hotel. Every time I travel to Barranquilla I love staying at this hotel. It’s near stores like Cruz verde, Buena Vista is across the street ( a mall that has different stores like grocery stores, shoes/clothing stores, coffee shops, jewelry, banks, food and many more) I love this mall because it has everything you need. Great area and secure. Taxis available at all times and great amenities like pools, great traditional but classy breakfast and welcoming environment to experience a great stay. I love this hotel and I love all the people that work here. Thank you for all that you do!
