The space was pretty good for the price, that said, I it's not a brand name or "normal" hotel, and it shows. Lot of information needed to be sent by Whatsapp after booking, checkout was fairly disorganized, the entry hallway is used for storage and doesn't give you a great first impression. There's an odd smell through the building and room, not a bad smell per se, but you notice it. Limited ability to cook in the room, despite a kitchen, its pretty basic. Area around the hotel is sketchy at night, you'll want to come and go by car/Uber. I think it's probably ok by day, but it's not super close to things.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The apartment had a serious roach problem, and I also went days without electricity and running water. When the electricity went out, the elevator stopped working, the building became extremely dark, the Wi-Fi stopped working, and my food stored in the refrigerator would spoil. During my stay at this property a balcony door also came off its hinges and fell on top of me when I was sitting in the chair, which was very concerning from a safety standpoint. Water was also leaking from the kitchen sink and spilling on the floor. I was also bitten by bed bugs staying at this property. The building is extremely old and appears to need significant repairs and maintenance. There was also frequent drilling, banging, and construction noise in the surrounding area. In my experience, the property was overpriced for the conditions it is in, and I found the owner to be extremely rude and unprofessional when dealing with these issues. Considering the maintenance problems, utility outages, pest problems and loud noise, I personally do not believe this property is worth the money or the unnecessary stress that it caused me.

They state that you can have two visitors and they arnt honoring what they say . My wife had an operation and she had to fight with them to let the people assisting her with her needs . They had roaches , the refrigerator is tiny . There is only one reception . you can’t enter or exit the building because they keep the front doors locked and the receptionist is the only one with the key .

The first room we got was in real bad shape! The next day they changed our room. Things were broken and trouble opening the front door and shower wasn’t working. Next room better . The service needs to get better the lobby is like an office. We don’t often put negative reviews but this hotel is no good for what they charge. Very disappointed.

Great find

One of the best hotels for the price that I've stayed in in Barranquilla. It's in a good part of town there like small apartments with a kitchenette refrigerator air conditioning no hot water though and normally they have twin beds. But a great deal clean people very attentive and the location is excellent. Recommended highly.

Worst Experience Ever BEWARE

We were deeply disrespected by the hotel staff. They entered our room without permission, took all of our belongings, and threw them into a corner near the elevator. This area was visible to all the guests passing by, causing us significant embarrassment and distress. To make matters worse, they called the police and wouldn’t let us leave the premises. This entire experience was a nightmare and this place needs to be shut down.

Upon arrival there was no water. Bathroom was dirty and awful smell coming from drain. The promised to clean the bathroom and they never did. They do an inventory upon arrival and check out which I considered unnecessary and inconvenient . Room led to a noise and busy street, not the place to rest.

The room was nothing like what i expected. There was a used bar of soap with pubic hair left on the shower rack. There were lots of long hair on the living room floor. The handle on the kitchen sink was not attached. There was a burner, but for some reason no microwave, so it was a little difficult to heat leftover food. The place is in dire need of renovations. There advertised photos must have been taken when it was newly built. Overall, this hotel was the worst of the 7 hotels I stayed in Colombia. I would definitely not recommend this place unless you really don't care about cleanliness. I hate bashing properties....usually i would not write a bad review, but this place was terrible.
