Quarto mal higienizado, tinha um chiclete colado sobre a marcenaria, chão sujo. Do quarto dava pra ouvir a cascata da piscina escorrendo a noite inteira. O café da manhã tinha poucas variedades e baixa qualidade. cheguei 9h e mesmo assim já não tinham mais frutas, nem bebidas, nem cuscuz.

Quarto com Ar condicionado com problemas, café pouca opção, faltou água, não tinha cobertor no quarto (passamos uma noite sem cobertor, pois não tinha suficiente e a desculpa era que o hotel estava cheio), tivemos que solicitar e o hotel retirou de um quarto vazio somente no 2° dia da estadia,não trocava as toalhas do banheiro, não tinha pano de chão, box do banheiro quebrado, cama afundando, mostrando problemas

O cardápio da manha era fresco, bastante variedade, sucos naturais, queijadinha maravilhosa, pao, bolo, muito bom. O único ponto negativo: Pernilongos , pernilongos e mais pernilongos, pensem num lugar com muitos pernilongos, pois é , esse tem mais do que vc imagina, no mínimo 10 pernilongos pra cada hóspede; enquato vc toma café os pernilongos, literalmente te come.

Todos os dias que estive la tive problemas. Começou que a janela do banheiro é para dentro do quarto, a tv nao conectava na internet do hotel, roteei do meu celular e mesmo assim nao logou nada, o ar ficava pingando encima da cama, nao tinha tapete para o box, no ultimo dia só meu quarto acordou sem agua, demorou mais 3 h pra descobrir que o registro do meu banheiro ficava no vizinho e eles tinham desligado.reclamei, pedi pra trocar de quarto e nada. No dia seguinte a pousada ficou sem agua, cafe da manhã muito fraco, a sanduicheira toda quebrada. Pedi comida na pousada que quase nao tinha pedidos e demorou 2 h, quando veio tinha umas 50g de carne. E a segurança contra incêndio tbm está sem manutenção.

Olha o hotel não é de luxo, não é a proposta. Aceita animais de estimacoes com uma taxa extra. O quarto estava limpo, lençóis branquinhos, frigobar e ar gelando bem, o café é ótimo, atendimento muito bom. Bem localizado, porem o atendimento da recepção foi confuso e mal educada, as duas vezes que fui sempre com problemas entre o sistema do hotel e o aplicativo sobre cafe da manha e sobre a reserva, fora isso unica reclamação é sobre falta de acústica dos quartos, os próximos a piscina e cozinha é muito barulho.
