“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“Excellent - as always. Becoming something of a ritual whenever I stay - dinner in the bistro and breakfast in the magnificent Breakfast Room. Good old-fashioned service, lovely comfortable room, and a building that oozes history. Worth visiting Grantham simply to stay here.”
